Shipping Policy

Currently, we process orders within 1-3 business days.

The day of shipment is not included in the shipping date.

If you encounter any problems with your order after receiving it, please contact us immediately. Issues discovered after 7 days will not be accepted.

For Canadian orders, all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees will be included at checkout. No additional fees are required upon receipt.

After a customized order is completed, we will arrange for courier shipment immediately (delivery within 7-15 business days). Choosing a shipping method other than standard ground shipping will not expedite the customization process. Customized orders will be processed in the order they are received.

Once an order is shipped, we will not refund or resend packages that are lost or undelivered.

Returned packages to the sender will be refunded via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Force majeure refers to any unavoidable act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, third-party strikes, work stoppages or other labor disputes, civil unrest, riots, intrusion, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (whether declared or not) or the threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, ground subsidence, epidemics or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. In the event of a force majeure event, our obligations under these General Terms will be suspended until the force majeure event ends.
